Who We Are & Why We Care
Paul Rapier, the founder of Tech4Kids, grew up in Detroit. Over the years, he witnessed first-hand how the digital divide limited opportunities for students in underserved communities. Recognizing that technology skills are essential for future success, he founded Tech4Kids to provide students with devices, digital literacy training, and pathways to careers in technology.
